These gummies are great. They are the perfect combo of sweet and sour. If I feel some anxiety coming on or have some joint pain, which I experience frequently, I'll eat one or two and it really helps. I used to take Ambien every night to sleep, but thanks to these I can take a more natural approach to overcoming my insomnia. Highly recommend for sleep issues, aches & pains, and anxiety.
